4. Minimum order and Pricing: 

- Minimum order of (US) $150 dollars is required to process your ordered.

5. Order Acceptance: 

- All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by CT Wireless.

- All orders remain the property of CT Wireless unless the customer pays the items in full. 

6. Product Inspection: 

- Inspection of all items purchased from CT Wireless, is the sole responsibility of the customer, this inspection must be made within 3 days of received date. 

- CT Wireless is not responsible for missing items after 3 days of received date, regardless of error of fault. 

7. Returns: 

- We do not except, exchange or warranty for following conditions...

   1) Name Brand Products ( Motorola, LG, Samsung, Apple, Plantronics and etc.) 

        * Consumer Warranty Only (End user customer) from Manufacture *

   2) Discontinued Products, Open Packaged(not orignal condition), Damaged Products, Any purchased after 14 days.  

- All returns must have a return merchandise authorization from sales representative with in 14 days.

- Only return the specific products and quantites that has problem

- Customers responsible for shipping charge “In-bound”, “Out-bound” freight for any return or exchange 

- All returns for credit are subject to restocking fee 25% applied for any reason.

- Defective items are exchanged for the same title only. 

8. Refused shipments: 

- All claims for incorrect shipment must be received within seven (7) days from the invoice date. 

- Freight damage claims should be filed directly with carrier. 

- If the purchaser refuses to accept shipment for any reason, CT Wireless is entitled to a twenty five (25) percent restocking fee from the total of the purchase. 

9. Shipping: 

- CT Wireless will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible. 

- We are not responsible for orders not shipped out on the date of order. 

- All orders will be made via Federal express unless otherwise specified. 

- All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer. ( You can add insurance for your risk )

- Free Shipping not covered full amount of loss or damage shipments. If you need full cover your ordered, You can add insurance for optional. need to contact CT Wireless for detail

- Certain products are not eligible for free shipping, such as big size items( Speakers, Bluetooth and etc ).... 

10. Payment: 

- Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards are accepted. 

- Acceptable payments for Cash ON Delivery (C.O.D.) accounts are cashier’s check, money order.  

- Personal checks and temporary checks will not be accepted.
